Shipping & Delivery: We work in partnership with APC Couriers who offer next day delivery Monday to Friday, orders placed by 10am can be dispatched that same day. Deliveries are made between 9-5 and they do not require a signature and our couriers are instructed to leave safe wherever possible, we don't like to see people having to deal with depots!; Free delivery is included on all orders

Returns & Replacements: Gower Cottage Brownies is a company built on reputation and word of mouth and prides itself on excellent customer service. Any problems will be dealt with swiftly, if you are in anyway unhappy with any of our service we will of course offer free replacements wherever necessary.
